340. In section 70(2)(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (penalties under implementing regulations), for “under sections 39, 40 and 41 of the Banking Act 1987” substitute “punishable on summary conviction under section 177 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000”.
Section 70(2) has been amended by S.I. 2000/2952, regulation 6(a)(i) and (ii) and 6(b).
