The table in this rule (Table 4) shows the amount to be allowed in respect of solicitors' costs in the circumstances mentioned. The amounts shown in Table 3 are to be allowed in addition, if applicable.
For an application under rule 70.5(4) that an award may be enforced as if payable under a court order, where the amount outstanding under the award: | |
