PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM

The Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2002

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 127(1) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001(1), hereby makes the following Order:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2002.

2.  Part 7 of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (sections 58 to 75, together with Schedules 5 and 6) shall come into force on 31st May 2002.
