Amendment to Schedule 7B (emissions from certain motor vehicles)

4.  In Schedule 7B, in paragraph 7, for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—

“(b)“the emissions publication” is the publication entitled ‘In-Service Exhaust Emission Standards for Road Vehicles-Eighth Edition’ (ISBN 0-9526457-7-7) published by the Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions.”
