PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 127(1) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001(1), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2002.
2. Section 121 of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 shall come into force on 7th July 2002.
