This Order makes provision for the following at West Thurrock Marshes between Burnley Road and the river Thames in the borough of Thurrock in connection with the construction of Work No. 10 authorised by the Channel Tunnel Rail Link Act 1996, namely—the compulsory acquisition of land within the limit of land to be acquired shown on the deposited plan;the raising of land within the limit of earth works shown on that plan; andthe temporary use of land within the limit of land to be temporarily used shown on that plan.
