The existing wards of the parish of Sunninghill shall be abolished.

The parish shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Ascot and Cheapside, and Sunninghill and South Ascot; each parish ward shall comprise the area of the borough ward bearing the same name.

The number of councillors to be elected for the Ascot and Cheapside parish ward shall be seven, and for the Sunninghill and South Ascot parish ward shall be nine.
