Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 21st November 2002 except regulation 4 which shall come into force on 21st May 2004 and regulation 20 which shall come into force on 21st November 2004.
