Amendments
2.—(1) The Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations 2000(1) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions.
(2) In regulation 4 (exemptions), paragraph (2) for “1 January 2003”, there shall be substituted “1 January 2004”.
(3) In Schedule 1, in paragraph 5 (boarding lifts and ramps), in sub-paragraph (3)(c), for “7°”, there shall be substituted “8°”.
