The following provisions of the 2001 Act shall come into force on 1st April 2003:
a
section 1 (Security Industry Authority) to the extent not already in force;
b
section 2 (directions etc. by the Secretary of State);
c
section 24 (orders and regulations); and
d
Schedule 1 to the extent not already in force.
