Amendment of Part II of the principal Regulations4

Regulation 5A (preferential right to be included in medical list) shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.

In paragraph (2)(a) for “the Medical Practices Committee” substitute “the Health Authority”.

In paragraph (2)(b) for “under section 33(4)(b) of the Act” substitute “under regulation 13(1)(c)”.

Omit paragraph (4).
