Offences in England and Wales

1.  An offence contrary to section 1(1) of the Sexual Offences Act 1956 (rape)(1).

2.  An offence contrary to section 5 of the Sexual Offences Act 1956 (sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of thirteen).

3.  An offence contrary to section 6(1) of the Sexual Offences Act 1956 (sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of sixteen)(2).

4.  An offence contrary to section 10(1) of the Sexual Offences Act 1956 (incest by a man).
