2. An applicant cannot be a person whose entitlement to provide electronic communications networks or electronic communications services, or to make associated facilities available is suspended or restricted under the Communications Act 2003(1).
3. Applicants for Remote Meter Operator (National Shared) Licences and Remote Meter Reading (Regional Shared) Licences must be engaged in activities in support of gas, electricity or water supplier related operations.
