Amendment of Part II of Schedule 3B (the conditions)6

Part II of Schedule 3B shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph 6(a), for “paragraph (3)(a), (b) and (d)” there shall be substituted “paragraph (5)(b), (6) and (8)”.

In paragraph 6(b), for “paragraph (3)(a), (b) and (d)” there shall be substituted “paragraphs (7)(b) and (10) and in addition those of paragraph (8) or (9)”.

In paragraph 7, for “paragraph (3)(c)” there shall be substituted “paragraph (5)(a)”.

In paragraph 8, for “paragraph (3)(c)” there shall be substituted “paragraph (7)(a)”.

In paragraph 10, for “regulation 70B” there shall be substituted “regulation 70A”.
