3. This Order applies to the whole of the borough of Test Valley except—
(a)the whole of the M3, and its on and off slip roads, within the borough;
(b)the whole of the M27, and its on and off slip roads, within the borough;
(c)the whole of the M271, and its on and off slip roads, within the borough;
(d)the whole of the A34, and its on and off slip roads, within the borough; and
(e)the whole of the A303 within the borough.
