Rules for the calculation of non-domestic rating contributions
3. In Schedule 1—
(a)in paragraph 1(4)—
(i)for “2003” there is substituted “2004”; and
(ii)delete the words “less £6.5 million”.
(b)in paragraph 3(1)(a), after “section 47(2)(a)” there is inserted “or 47(2)(ba)”(1);
(c)in paragraph 3(1)(b), after “section 47(2)(a)” there is inserted “or 47(2)(ba)”;
(d)in paragraph 3(3), after “section 47(2)(a)” there is inserted “or 47(2)(ba)”;
(e)in paragraph 4(4), for “2003 is £83,606,000” there is substituted “2004 is £84,106,000”; and
(f)for Part II there is substituted—
