30. In section 107 (BSC code on avoidance of unjust or unfair treatment or interference with privacy)—
(a)in subsection (4), after paragraph (a), omit the word “and” and insert—
“(aa)the Communications Commission, and”; and
(b)in subsection (5), omit paragraph (b).
