(f)section 189(1), (4), (5) and (6)(2);

(g)section 191(3).

Subsections (1), (4), (5) and (6) of section 189 were amended by paragraph 109(a), (c), (d) and (e) of Schedule 7, and Schedule 8, to the Social Security Act 1998. Subsection (1) of that section was further amended by paragraph 57(2) of Schedule 3 to the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 and Schedule 6 to the Tax Credits Act 2002.
