The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 8 and 9 of the Electronic Communications Act 20001, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19922, hereby makes the following Order—
