The prescribed amounts as specified in the State Pension Credit Regulations67 shall be the amounts set out in the following provisions of this article and Schedule 16 to this Order; and for this purpose references in this article to a numbered regulation or Schedule are, unless the context otherwise requires, references to a regulation of, or a Schedule to, the State Pension Credit Regulations bearing that number.

In regulation 6 (amount of the guarantee credit)—
