Schedule 3 to the Principal Order shall be amended as follows.

The following shall be inserted into the list of entries in proper alphabetical order:

• Albania (1st September 2000)

• Armenia (31st January 2003)

• *China (11th December 2001)

• Croatia (20th April 2000)

• Estonia (13th November 1999)

• *Georgia (14th June 2000)

• *Jordan (11th April 2000)

• Lithuania (22nd July 1999)

• *Oman (9th November 2000)

• *Taiwan (1st January 2002)

• Ukraine (12th June 2002).

The asterisk before each of the following entries shall be omitted:

• Dominica

• Israel

• Latvia

• Liechtenstein

• Nicaragua.

After the words “United States” there shall be inserted “of America”.
