2. The day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 34 of Schedule 8 to the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999(1) is 6th April 2003.
Sub-paragraph (2)(a) of paragraph 34 was revoked by section 85 of, and Part VI of Schedule 9 to, the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (c. 19).
