This Order applies to the whole of the borough of Guildford except—
a
the entirety of the M25, including its on and off slip roads, within the borough;
b
the entirety of the A3, including its on and off slip roads, within the borough;
c
the A31, including its on and off slip roads, between the western boundary of the borough and the junction of the A31 with the C147, Down Lane;
d
the C147, Down Lane, between its junction with the A31 and its junction with the A3;
e
the road connecting the on and off slip roads of the A31 with The Street, south of Tongham; and
f
the entirety of the A331, including its on and off slip roads, within the borough.
