3. This Order applies to the whole of the borough of Guildford except—
(a)the entirety of the M25, including its on and off slip roads, within the borough;
(b)the entirety of the A3, including its on and off slip roads, within the borough;
(c)the A31, including its on and off slip roads, between the western boundary of the borough and the junction of the A31 with the C147, Down Lane;
(d)the C147, Down Lane, between its junction with the A31 and its junction with the A3;
(e)the road connecting the on and off slip roads of the A31 with The Street, south of Tongham; and
(f)the entirety of the A331, including its on and off slip roads, within the borough.
