The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 16(1) of the Legal Deposit Libraries Act 2003(1), and after consultation with Scottish Ministers and the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with section 16(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Deposit Libraries Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004.
2. The Legal Deposit Libraries Act 2003 shall come into force on 1st February 2004.
