Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998
9. In Part 45—
(a)at the end of the table of contents, insert the text set out in Part I of Schedule 1 to these Rules; and
(b)after Section II, insert Section III as set out in Part II of Schedule 1 to these Rules.
