The following provisions of Schedule 1 to the Iraq (United Nations Sanctions) Order 2003 are revoked—

the definitions of “designated funds” and “designated person” in paragraph 1(1)(b);
b
paragraph 1(1)(c);
c
paragraph 1(1)(d);
d
paragraph 3; and
e
paragraph 7(2).
