The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 181(1) of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 20021, makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2004.

Part 1 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, other than section 21(4) and (5), shall come into force on 27th September 2004, so far as it is not already in force.
