Importation of fireworks11
No person shall import any firework, unless he has given the following information to the Commissioners of Customs and Excise—
a
his name and address;
b
the name of the person who is to store the fireworks following their importation; and
c
the address of the premises at which the fireworks are to be stored following their importation.
