BROADCASTING
This Order permits the contracting out of functions of OFCOM relating to the regulation of broadcast advertising under the following legislation:the Communications Act 2003, the Broadcasting Act 1996 and the Broadcasting Act 1990 (article 3);the Control of Misleading Advertisements Regulations 1988 (article 6); andthe Medicines (Monitoring of Advertising) Regulations 1994 (article 7).
