The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 708(1) of the Companies Act 1985(1), as applied to limited liability partnerships by regulation 4 of and Schedule 2 to the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001(2) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1985 c. 6; section 708(1) has been amended by the Companies Act 1989 (1989 c. 40).
