This Order may be cited as the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2004.

Articles 2 and 4 apply to England only and article 3 applies to Wales only.

In this Order, “the Act” means the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997.
