63.  In regulation 3(3)(a) of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002(1) (duties under the Regulations)—

(a)after the words “fire authority” insert “or, in England, a fire and rescue authority”; and

(b)after the words “by that authority” insert “or by employees of that authority”.
