Amendment to the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 19943

Regulation 16 of The Waste Management Licensing Regulations 19945 (Exclusion of activities under other control regimes from waste management licensing), shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(ba), for the words “Part A(1) installation” substitute the words “Part A installation”.

In paragraph (3), for the words “Part A(1) installation” substitute the words “Part A installation”.
