Where a pre-inquiry meeting is held pursuant to regulation 25, the inspector shall arrange a timetable for the proceedings.

The inspector shall specify in the timetable arranged pursuant to this regulation a date by which any proof of evidence as mentioned in regulation 28 shall be sent to the Secretary of State.
