In paragraph (2)(b) of regulation 6 (exempted companies) of the Companies Act 1985 (Insurance Companies Accounts) Regulations 1993, for “Article 2(2) or (3) or 3 of Council Directive 79/267/EEC” substitute “Article 3(2) to (6) of Directive 2002/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5th November 2002 concerning life assurance”.
