In section 92 (restriction on making claims in respect of controlled expenditure)—
a
in subsection (7) for “(10)” substitute “(11)”; and
b
after subsection (7) insert—

In the application of this section to Gibraltar, references to the High Court or a county court shall have effect as if they were references to the Gibraltar court.
