3. The following provisions of the Police Reform Act 2002 shall come into force on 30th April 2004 in England only—
(a)section 97 (crime and disorder reduction partnerships) to the extent not already in force;
(b)section 107 (consequential amendments and repeals) in so far as it relates to the entry in Schedule 8 in paragraph (c) below; and
(c)in Schedule 8 (repeals), the entry relating to section 5 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998(1).
