Section 79 (listing particulars and other documents) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), omit the words “(other than new securities)”.

After subsection (3) insert—

Listing rules made under subsection (1) may not specify securities of a kind for which an approved prospectus is required as a result of section 85.
