This Order may be cited as the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 30th June 2005.

In this Order—

• “the POM Order” means the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 19973;

• “the Prescribing Order” means the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing) Order 20054;

• “the Pharmacy and General Sale Order” means the Medicines (Pharmacy and General Sale— Exemption) Order 19805.
