1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 30th June 2005.
(2) In this Order—
“the POM Order” means the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 1997(1);
“the Prescribing Order” means the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing) Order 2005(2);
“the Pharmacy and General Sale Order” means the Medicines (Pharmacy and General Sale— Exemption) Order 1980(3).
