5.  In article 13A(1) of the POM Order (exemptions relating to prescriptions given by nurses), in paragraph (1)—

(a)in paragraph (c), omit “or”;

(b)in paragraph (d), after “radiographers: diagnostic or therapeutic,”, insert “or”; and

(c)after paragraph (d), insert—

“(e)a registered optometrist,”.
