15. In regulation 1(2) of the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992 (citation, commencement and interpretation)(1), in the definition of “prisoner”, for “the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “Part 5, 6 or 7 or section 136 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 or section 52D or 52M of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995”.
