The Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2005

The Secretary of State for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 140(7) and (8) and 148(1) and (6) of the Adoption and Children Act 20021, after consultation with the National Assembly for Wales 2, as respects the provisions of that Act referred to in article 2 and after consultation with the Scottish Ministers and the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety 3 as respects sections 123 and 124 of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:–
