Modifications of provisions of the 1990 Act and Listed Buildings Act in the planning functions area6
All the provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act 1990 specified in Part 2 of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Act9 shall have effect in relation to the development corporation and in the planning functions area with the modifications specified in that Part.
