9. In section 111 of the Act (rights of entry)—U.K.
(a)in subsection (1)(a), at the end, “or” is repealed; and
(b)after paragraph (1)(a), insert the following paragraph—
“(aa)for the purpose specified in the third sub-paragraph of Article 111(1) of the 2001 Directive, or”.
