11. In rule C9 (effect of remarriage)(1), in paragraphs (1) and (2)—
(a)for “remarries”, substitute “marries, remarries, forms a civil partnership or a subsequent civil partnership”; and
(b)after “marriage”, insert “or civil partnership”.
