The Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 108(3) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005(1) hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005.
2. The following provisions of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 shall come into force on 1 January 2006:
Part 8 including Schedules 2 and 3;
Part 8 of Schedule 5.

This Order provides for the coming into force of certain provisions of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 on 1 January 2006. The provisions are listed in article 2 of the Order. The provisions all relate to the creation of a new Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment and the dissolution of the old Commission.
