15.—[F1(1)] The prescribed person who may be a “relevant person” in relation to an eligible scheme for the purposes of section 134 of the Act (directions) is any individual who is appointed by the trustees or managers of the scheme as the scheme administrator responsible for the discharge of the functions conferred or imposed on the scheme administrator of the scheme by or under Part 4 of the Finance Act 2004 M1(pension schemes etc).
[F2(2) The amendment of the scheme rules is prescribed as a matter for the purposes of section 134(2) of the Act.]
