in subparagraph (1), for “acting for” substitute “acting in” and for “petty sessions area” (in both places) substitute “local justice area”;
b
in subparagraph (3), for “acting for the relevant petty sessions area” substitute “acting in the relevant local justice area”; and
c
in subparagraph (11), for “petty sessions area” substitute “local justice area”.
